First Webinar of the day is on Flow Simulation and will be broadcasted at 11am.

The first webinar is on Free Surfaces in Flow Simulation and we will cover:

  • What are Free Surfaces?
  • What licence you need?
  • How to set it up
  • Yacht Demonstration

Flow Simulation allows to model two immiscible fluids with a free surface. Liquids are said to be immiscible if they are completely insoluble in each other. A free surface is an interface between immiscible fluids, for example, a liquid and a gas.

The second webinar is on Topology Studies and will begin at 3pm.

The second webinar is on Topology Studies in SolidWorks 2018 and we will cover:

  • What is Topology Optimisation?
  • What licence you will need.
  • How to set it up
  • Steering Bracket test.

Topology optimization is a mathematical method that optimizes material layout within a given design space, for a given set of loads, boundary conditions and constraints with the goal of maximizing the performance of the system.
