Until now only three nations have made it to the moon, the USA, the Soviet Union, and China, however that could be about to change. Astrobotic have been developing the world’s first privately owned spacecraft, the Griffin Lander, which gives companies, governments, and universities the opportunity to fly hardware systems into space.
The Griffin Lander has been designed and tested using SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Simulation to prepare for the harsh conditions the spacecraft will face in space.
