SolidWorks Essentials teaches you how to use SolidWorks to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of those parts and assemblies.

PRE-REQUISITES

Students attending this course are expected to have the following:

• Mechanical Design Experience.
• Experience of the Windows™ Operating System.
• Read the 'Introducing SolidWorks Manual'. A hardcopy of this manual is included in your software. Or, you can access an online version of this manual by clicking Help > Introducing SolidWorks.
• Completed the online tutorials that are integrated in the SolidWorks software. You can access the online tutorial by clicking Help > Online Tutorial
