support request your problem/query is immediately logged and if one is
available you are passed straight through to an engineer to get you going again.
If we can't put you through you are given a logged reference number which is
queued for call back, in the meantime you can send your model/files through
using this log number so that an engineer will have your files open and ready
when they call you back.
Alternatively you can log your own call online which is queued ready for call
back from an engineer the moment one becomes available.
