Cadtek offers two levels of support service: Platinum and Gold

As a business manager, you have access to the latest technology, information, and support to protect your investment and ensure continuous productivity improvements. A clear testament to how well we help you do this is our status as the UK's only Elite Reseller. In addition Cadtek has more Certified SolidWorks Professionals (CSWP) per supported customers than any other UK reseller.

Our engineers understand the pressures a demanding project can create, the last thing you need to threaten a deadline is a problem using SolidWorks. Every member of Cadtek's staff, whether technical, sales, operations or administration, are trained to handle and log support calls. When you raise a support request your problem/query is immediately logged and if one is available you are passed straight through to an engineer to get you going again. If we can't put you through you are given a logged reference number which is queued for call back, in the meantime you can send your model/files through using this log number so that an engineer will have your files open and ready when they call you back.

Alternatively you can log your own call online which is queued ready for call back from an engineer the moment one becomes available.

Get up to speed with the new enhancements to the software with a free upgrade training day hosted by Cadtek at one of several regional venues. A full day of presentations, breakout events and all with lunch provided.
Onsite Assistance at preferential rates    Gold
In the event that problems cannot be resolved rapidly or efficiently over the telephone, on site support assistance can be provided at a reduced call out rate. This rate is only available to subscribers to the support service.
Onsite Assistance when needed  Platinum  
On site engineer assistance is provided to resolve problems that can not be efficiently dealt with by telephone, e.g. disk failures and system corruption's.
Dedicated technical account management  Platinum  
An engineer is assigned directly to your account. The technical account manager will provide regular review calls and site visits. In addition to this they will provide technical advice on system development and upgrade planning.
