DriveWorksTeam lets Engineers take engineering know-how outside the Design Office
and into the internal sales environment. DriveWorksTeam lets non-technical
people specify products.
DriveWorksTeam includes DriveWorks Administrator and DriveWorks Server licenses.
Additional User seats lets several users specify products based on the knowledge
and rules captured and assigned by Engineering.
The DriveWorks Team collaboration process:
The principle is simple—the DriveWorks Administrator sets up the
project—capturing what parameters may change, designing the User Interface for
the forms that people will fill in when they want to specify a new variation and
building the rules.
Once the first project has been set up the Users in the DriveWorks Team can
specify new variations simply by filling out the forms. Choices and selections
available are all based on the rules set up by the Ad-ministrator.
In DriveWorks Team the Administrator can set up Teams to access and work on
individual projects and all based on rules.
In DriveWorksTeam, all completed specifications are processed by DriveWorks
Model Generation Server allowing the Users to concentrate on responding to
customer en-quiries.
DriveWorks Model Generation Server handles all the process-ing generating
models, drawings, documents etc.
